Tamil Nadu comes in at number 2 on the GDP List and NDR has a great presence in the major cities of Southern India – Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, & Pondicherry. The majority of the projects are in Chennai, the oldest commercial centre in India that came into prominence as a textile hub and has now evolved into a manufacturing centre for heavy industries owing to its proximity to the sea with two major ports – Chennai Port (Second Largest port of the country) & Ennore Port.

Increased industrial activity has in turn spurred the development of warehousing facilities catering to the storage and distribution requirements of clients in the Auto, Electronics, Export-Import, E-commerce and logistics sector. Other cities also offer excellent connectivity to the railways, roadways, and various national & state highways.

With Kolkata being the gateway to the North-Eastern province, our park is strategically situated near the consumption markets of West Bengal. The project is located between Kolkata’s two major Industrial warehousing suburbs cluster and NH-16 (Old Mumbai highway - NH-06). It is well connected to NH-19 (Delhi highway), offering great infrastructure and ample availability of manpower – skilled, semi and unskilled labour. The location serves as a gateway to the complete north eastern province.
